A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and super talented full time Designer to specialise in horse wear products for LeMieux, one of the fastest growing equestrian and country lifestyle brands internationally.
This role joins our existing creative team based in the Southampton area researching, designing and developing equestrian products across multiple categories.
Experience:
You will have a strong equestrian background, and proven experience in similar roles that demonstrates your experience and talent for developing equestrian product ranges across multiple product categories.
You will have creative design flair with commercial awareness and a strong understanding of, and ability to predict trends and identify opportunities.
You will have a good technical understanding of product construction, development and techniques.
The Role:
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You will work within a small but extremely passionate creative team to manage products from concept to launch working alongside our technical and production teams able to manage and prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines.
You will be creating products for both our core and seasonal ranges that work cohesively with our clothing and rider wear products and will work alongside the technical and production departments.
You will create clear and accurate design packs and liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure correct execution and deadlines are met.
You will have a positive attitude, be extremely organised and comfortable working at pace.
You will be highly proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator / Photoshop.
