What are VioVet looking for?
Experience as a buyer or equestrian account manager
Knowledge of the Equine market
Strong commercial experience with proven track record of delivery of budgets and ability to manage multiple KPI’s at once
Strong negotiation skills
Problem Solver
Be able to analyse complex sets of data
Self-motivated, organized with excellent communications skills both verbal and written
Highly organised, work well under pressure and to achieve targets and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and able to use your initiative
Able to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in using retail software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
Some of the key responsibilities and duties need you to be:
Ensuring key performance metrics relating to the overall category performance are measured closely and achieved. These metrics include sales and margin performance
Manage supplier performance, identifying potential new suppliers, and support to build long term supplier relationships
Analysis of data to understand performance and opportunities
Conduct regular market and pricing reviews
Negotiate with suppliers to agree and deliver joint business plans for your category
Work with the supply chain team to ensure we have best-in-class availability, helping get our products to our customers on time
Work in collaboration with cross functional team to define and execute a successful strategy for the category
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: up to £35,000.00 per year depending on experience
