What are VioVet looking for?

  • Experience as a buyer or equestrian account manager

  • Knowledge of the Equine market

  • Strong commercial experience with proven track record of delivery of budgets and ability to manage multiple KPI’s at once

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Problem Solver

  • Be able to analyse complex sets of data

  • Self-motivated, organized with excellent communications skills both verbal and written

  • Highly organised, work well under pressure and to achieve targets and deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive and able to use your initiative

  • Able to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in using retail software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite.

Some of the key responsibilities and duties need you to be:

  • Ensuring key performance metrics relating to the overall category performance are measured closely and achieved. These metrics include sales and margin performance

  • Manage supplier performance, identifying potential new suppliers, and support to build long term supplier relationships

  • Analysis of data to understand performance and opportunities

  • Conduct regular market and pricing reviews

  • Negotiate with suppliers to agree and deliver joint business plans for your category

  • Work with the supply chain team to ensure we have best-in-class availability, helping get our products to our customers on time

  • Work in collaboration with cross functional team to define and execute a successful strategy for the category

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: up to £35,000.00 per year depending on experience
