We are looking for an ambitious, determined, and enthusiastic Equine Buyer with a real ‘can do’ attitude to help shape our equestrian business into the future. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking for an exciting and varied career within a busy Procurement team.
 
Commerciality is a must, coupled with a strong work ethic, a real passion for the industry and a head for numbers. In role no two days are ever the same and the pace is fast - sourcing for 58 store and our eComm platform. From managing supplier relationships, ranges, pricing and promotional strategies, to product lifecycles and new product development, there is never a dull day. 
 
The successful applicant will have great negotiation and people skills including the ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally. Also required are sound excel skills and the ability to work both solo and as part of a team.
 
We are keen to hear from anyone who meets some or all of the above and would also be happy to hear from people with B2B Sales experience.
The successful applicant, after a full induction, will work 2 to 3 days a week in the office. The remaining days will be off-site on supplier / site visits or working from home or in one of our satellite offices.
