We are currently looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Equine Operations Director to join our team at Stable Life, a successful, highly respected charity that provides a safe, nurturing and learning experience using the horse and its environment to help disadvantaged young people reach their full potential, and become healthier and happier with aspirations and dreams for the future. In addition, we offer a range of equine commercial activities to the general public to ensure sustainability of the charity.
Forming part of the Senior Leadership Team the Equine Operations Director will ensure delivery of the vision, aims and objectives of Stable Life. They will be responsible for all aspects of the charity’s Riding School and Livery Yard to support the charity, manage, promote and maximise commercial income.
The successful candidate will have: at least 3-years’ experience of running and administering a successful busy riding school and livery yard; the ability to lead and mentor a team and the planning and delivery of a range of commercial activities.
Full-time post – 35 hours per week - including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
