KBIS British Equestrian Insurance are the UK’s leading independent Horse Insurance Specialists, providing all types of insurance for the equestrian.

With a reputation built on providing excellent customer service we are looking for a personable, enthusiastic individual to join our renewals teams.

The role will involve working within the horse team to help with the timely processing and issuing of horse and trailer renewals, including telephone communication with clients. In addition, you will have an active role within the team assisting in handling online covers, general telephone enquiries including quote requests, mid-term adjustments and claims notifications.

The successful candidate should have previous experience working within the insurance sector and equestrian knowledge. You will also have a professional manner on the phone and in person plus excellent written and communication skills. 

Required skills:

  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Experience within the insurance industry
  • In-depth Equine Knowledge
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be self-motivated and adaptable
  • Be able to work as part of a team

This is a full-time position on a permanent contract after an initial 3 month trial period.

A competitive salary based on experienced will be offered together with pension and private healthcare schemes.
