An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Equine Science Lecturer to join our HE team based at Common Leys Campus.  We have recently been awarded the Queens’s Anniversary prize for Higher and Further Education for our unique and outstanding equine programmes.  The college is now looking for a dynamic and well organised lecturer to teach on a range of programmes and further develop our HE provision. Our equine programmes are run in collaboration with Oxford Brookes University and the post holder will be required to teach at the university in addition to the main college sites.  You must be qualified to masters level in an animal or equine science subject area and have subject specialisms in equine anatomy and physiology, equine reproduction and equine genetics. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to utilise IT systems effectively.  It would be desirable if you had a keen interest in the thoroughbred industry and/or specialisms within the wider animal science field.
