Estate Manager  - Isle of Man

Full time - 40hrs per week - may include weekends

You will have overall responsibility for all Estate matters, working directly with owner in order to ensure smooth day to day running of all aspects of the buildings, land and livestock. You will oversee and be an essential part of the ongoing maintenance, refurbishment and development of the Estate and its facilities and activities. 

Essential Requirements: 

  • Pro-active and can-do attitude.
  • Good working knowledge and proven experience of working with horses and farm animals in an equestrian environment.
  • BHSAI qualification or equivalent an advantage.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Ability to operate farm machinery.
  • Technical qualifications or completed apprenticeship in a craft or skill.
  • Knowledge of heritage properties.
  • Proven experience with First Aid, Health & Safety and must have COSHH Certificate.
  • Experience in budget controls, completion of job sheets etc.
  • Outdoor event support.
  • Impeccable references.
