Event Administrator – Full Time

Show Direct is an equestrian event company primarily involved with the Blue Chip Winter Show Jumping Championships, British Dressage Winter and National Championships and the Trailblazer Championships Series.

The Event Administration Co-ordinator role is office based in Pendock, Gloucestershire, with relocation on-site for each event. Show Direct are currently seeking a well organised and forward-thinking professional to join their team in either a full basis.

The role of Event Administration Co-ordinator is varied and busy, with the responsibility of (but not limited to) the following:

  • Office management and event administration
  • Social media and artwork production
  • Competitor enquires
  • Securing quotes
  • Preparation, build up and break down at events
  • The role is suited to a well organised and friendly individual, with previous office, sales and / or event experience.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  •  A can do attitude and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, confident in meeting new people
  • Forward thinking and able to prioritise
  • Work from their own initiative and professional manner
  • Able to stay away at events when required
