Full Time Position 8.00am – 4.00 pm Monday – Friday.

Hilton Herbs is a family-run business dedicated to manufacturing top-quality herbal feed supplements and healthcare productsfor horses and pets. The company has a strong ethical ethos and is known within the supplements industry for their pioneering approach to packaging and labelling with transparency being key and the business has also received various business awards over the years for export and marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales, business development and customer service to join our team and help us continue to develop our French and EU markets. Full product training will be provided, but some basic knowledge of horse and pet care would be an advantage.

We are looking to recruit:

An enthusiastic, self-motivated, organised and professional individual, fluent in both French and English. We would want the successful applicant to take ownership of projects aimed at further developing our existing French and European -  Retail, Web, & B2B markets.

Required Skills:

·         Fluent French & English (written & spoken)

·         Proven B2C & B2B sales experience

·         Highly Computer Literate with good knowledge of Excel , Word, Office, CMS & CRM’s

·         Ability to organise and manage their time effectively

·         A friendly, confident and professional telephone manner

·         Able to work both independently and as part of a small team

·         Willing to work away from home on occasions

Duties will include:

·         Daily contact with French Fulfilment Centre

·         B2B & B2C order processing

·         Customer Advice and queries ( phone, webchat, email)

·         Developing close contacts and liaising with our existing B2B & B2C customers.

·         Identifying and developing new markets/sales

·         Handling and progressing Trade & Wholesale enquiries

·         Responsibility for representing the company at retail and trade shows

This is an office based position so applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance of our offices near Crewkerne Somerset.
