Finest Brands International is the distributor of TOGGI apparel and footwear and CHAMPION Riding safety hats and body protectors, to the equestrian and country/lifestyle sector. We have an immediate vacancy and we are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales, a senior position reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Position Summary

As Head of Sales it will be your responsibility to grow UK sales and expand export sales, through strong leadership and excellent management of both our office sales and field based sales teams and to ensure that future ambitious forecasts are set and achieved.  

Essential Criteria

This is a position for a tenacious, motivated & ambitious professional with excellent communication skills.  Candidates must have been in a management role for at least three years and have a proven track record of driving brand awareness, with at least 5 years’ experience working in the outdoor, country life-style and equestrian industry.   

The successful applicant will have;

• Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint etc
• A proficient and proactive approach to data analysis & ability to create reports
• A record of identifying & winning new business in the UK and overseas
• Proven track record of leadership, managing and supporting the developing of the sales team

You will be provided with the resources needed to ensure the achievement of the Company’s goals, an excellent package to include an annual bonus and a car.
