EquiFeast formulates and manufactures its well-respected range of nutritional supplements and feed balancers with sales throughout the UK and to selected overseas markets. 
Calinnova Ltd also produces nutritional products for sale under the brands of The Birdcare Company, DrS Animalcare and CROCdoc, again selling within the UK and to many overseas markets.
Calinnova is proud that it is developing unique, well researched and completely novel technologies that really help with health, welfare and performance issues in horses and other animals. It is developing research relationships with universities, vets and riders around the world.

We are currently seeking an International Marketing Assistant to join our friendly and hard working team. 

If you fancy a new challenge, this could be just your opportunity to bring your marketing and organisational skills, enthusiasm and focus to developing and implementing marketing, promotion and customer support programs within the EquiFeast Sales and Marketing team, in particular for the UK and Australian markets. 

In this diverse role you will:

  • Participate in and actively contribute to developing marketing action plans and assist with implementation
  • Learn to implement sophisticated online marketing campaigns primarily in the UK and Australian markets
  • Implement existing customer support and sponsored rider support programs
  • Monitor and participate in our active Facebook pages, again specifically for the UK and Australia
  • Interact by phone, email and social media channels with customers, assisting with queries, advice and sales
  • Be involved in a range of other activities depending on your personal skill set, from developing artwork to producing spreadsheets for planning and monitoring activities, to co-ordinating new product launches, writing marketing materials and articles, updating webpages and assisting with manning stands such as at Badminton. 

We are looking for the following skills, experience and educational qualifications:

  • A good understanding of equestrianism
  • An appropriate degree and knowledge and experience of marketing
  • An interest in nutrition and biology
  • Good organisation and planning skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A sales oriented, personable, people loving person, who is organised yet flexible with the drive to make a difference
  • You may be a recent graduate or a have a year or two's sales and marketing experience in related or non-related fields. 

In-house training will be provided on our product range building on your existing knowledge base. You will also be appropriately trained in the online marketing processes we are implementing around the world.

You will have the desire to demonstrate what you can achieve for us using your skills and experience. 

Equine Science or Business/marketing graduates and/or appropriate experience will be well regarded.
