The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve the targets and growth plans for domestic and international operations. This position will work directly with the sales teams in the field to provide the training, development, and motivation to help the reps achieve their personal and Tredstep's business targets. This position will participate in the analysis of the market opportunities and provide strategic planning for the future direction of the operation.

• Strong coaching and development skills including the ability to provide performance feedback
• Ability to demonstrate and model the desire to achieve the sale and continued persistence
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills, including; One-on-One, team, and electronic.
• Participative management style

The successful candidate will be based in Dublin with travel as required for the role.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Minimum five years sales experience

Three years of sales management and team development

Leaving Cert required and a Degree in Business Management or related field prefered
