Champion has a tremendous safety heritage and the brand has been a driving force in the design and development of protective riding hats for over 40 years. Over this time, design and production technology has been refined, enhanced and perfected to ensure Champion products are based upon the most up-to-date, scientific safety research.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player to join our ambitious marketing department, here at Finest Brands International based at our Head Office in Leeds.

The suitable candidate will be an organised individual who is proactive, creative and has excellent communication and written skills. They will be self-motivated and able to work independently if required. Experience in project management and graphic design is preferable. A knowledge of the Equestrian world and its many disciplines would be highly beneficial.

Toggi clothing has a reputation for style, quality and fit, which are all essential to anyone who rides horses. Our footwear and wellingtons have been a key part of the Country Community essentials and are popular with shooting, fishing, and country folk alike. Our Country range of clothing provides waterproof, practical and stylish clothing for anyone keen on outdoor pursuits.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist in the running of design and creative projects
  • Create and execute multi-channel campaigns
  • Organise photoshoots for both studio and lifestyle campaigns
  • Work with the sales team to organise B2B marketing materials
  • Community management across social and digital platforms
  • Nurture relationships with riders and influencers
  • Manage PR requests and design samples
  • Assist in maintaining the Toggi and Champion websites
  • Create regular reports on marketing campaigns and analyse results
  • Work with outside agencies and suppliers, always ensuring value for money
  • Undertake regular competitor analysis

Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and deliver on objectives set in place
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • Digital: Website CMS (WordPress), Meta, Mailchimp, Google Analytics
  • Adobe: InDesign, Photoshop
  • A degree in marketing, business studies or similar would be an advantage
