Do you have a background in marketing, an interest in natural healthcare, and a love of horses, pets and animals in general?
This is an opportunity to join our team at Hilton Herbs, a company, specialising in the development and production of natural healthcare products for animals.
Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Hours: Part Time – Hours by negotiation. Progression to Full Time may be considered.
Salary: Up to £ 25,000 p.a pro rata. Dependent on Experience. Please state salary expectations in your covering letter.
Holidays: 25 days p.a. pro rata, plus usual UK Bank Holidays
Place of Work: On-site at our offices near Crewkerne, Somerset.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
Implementing and developing the marketing strategy to deliver on the company’s goals by:
Managing and responding to social media pages
Contributing to inbound marketing efforts through content creations.
Creating email newsletters for B2Bs and B2Cs/D2Cs
Reviewing and updating website content.
Conducting regular e-commerce website testing to ensure the customer’s journey is functioning correctly
Regular digital marketing reporting
Creating presentations and training materials for B2Bs
Submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
Monitoring sponsoring and creators’ partnerships
Conducting market research and surveying our customer base
Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows (may include evenings and weekends a couple of times a year)
Your skills and experience
Excellent communication skills, especially written
Attention to detail and organisation
Creativity
A love for horses, pets and animals in general!
Proactive and hands on approach
Good technical skill to navigate various IT systems
Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite
It would be a plus to have:
CSM and/or CRM experience
Basic knowledge of Photoshop
Some previous marketing experience or training
