Marketing Campaigns & Events Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Campaigns & Events Lead to co-ordinate the marketing campaign and event activity at LeMieux. Based in our Romsey head office and reporting to the Head of Marketing within the Marketing and Creative Team.
The Marketing Campaigns & Events Lead will create and deliver the campaign plan to position LeMieux as the definitive equestrian experts across both of our marketing channels – direct to consumer and trade. The role also takes the lead for the schedule of equestrian events that we partner with and sponsor each season.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and deliver a highly effective marketing campaign plan across our key UK and US markets, leading the marketing team to enhance and improve engagement and content generation
Work in partnership with the product team to ensure new products are launched and communicated successfully
Building and developing an engaging and commercial trade activity calendar that keeps our customers informed and up to date
Co-ordinate the businesses equestrian events program ensuring the brand is staying front of mind for customers in our key UK and US markets
Prepare and monitor the events and partnerships budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Brief, co-ordinate and approve marketing materials to the design team, from catalogues to seasonal campaign launches
Occasional weekend work will be required to attend and represent the brand at a variety of equestrian events throughout the year.Report on performance, providing analysis and suggesting improvements
Build internal partnerships and work effectively across multiple teams and sites
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, fashion ideally.
A minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience - ideally with, but not limited to equestrian, fashion or active sportwear industries.
A creative thinker, proactively suggesting opportunities for improvement.
You will be an analytical thinker, with an understanding of how data can enhance marketing performance.
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to work in an environment that is constantly growing, evolving and innovating.
Please note this is an on-site position, based full-time in our office near Romsey so you must be able to reliably commute each day.
