Here at Equilibrium Products Ltd we are growing by the day with exciting plans for the future. As a result, we are on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join the busy marketing and sales team.

We’ve been around for 20 years with a mission to improve horse welfare by producing innovative wellbeing-based products. We’re looking for someone who can work alongside us on our journey to better horses’ lives!

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing the multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns. This includes email, social media, organic search, affiliates and graphic design.  

The role in more detail:

• Design, creation, and distribution of all B2C email marketing campaigns and automations
• Day to day management of social media accounts, including paid advertising
• Analytics and reporting on marketing activity
• Updating the website with new content/products/communication and imagery
• Keyword research, SEO implementation and monitoring
• Artwork creation (digital and print communications)
• Copy writing new content or updating existing content
• Day to day management of our affiliate scheme
• Stock communication internally and externally
• Marketing admin

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years marketing experience and or marketing degree.
• Experience using Adobe Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Proactive and results driven.
• Knowledge of SEO.
• Good copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of PPC is ideal but not a requirement.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing.
• Experience in Wordpress.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Previous experience working within the equestrian or animal industry (or similar), or horse owner or someone with a knowledge of horses would be an advantage.

This role will be based at our offices near Leighton Buzzard with occasional travel.
