Our client is a leading supplier of clothing, footwear and safety equipment to the equestrian and country/lifestyle sector. They have built 2 strong and reputable brands and provide a wide range of products to retailers throughout the UK.

They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketeer or graduate who is passionate about all things equine to join their team.

This is a newly created role reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across social channels as well as implementing strategies that are aimed at generating customer leads, increasing traffic and conversion rates.  

Marketing Executive Skills and Experience:

It is vital that the candidate has a strong understanding and a passion for the equestrian industry. An understanding of equestrian terminology, trends and interests are key. 

Ideally a degree in Digital Marketing, Fashion Marketing or a related field. Alternatively, 3+ years’ experience within a similar role.

  • An excellent understanding of platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, MailChimp, Google Analytics, SEO and AdWords.
  • Excellent written communication skills and demonstrated ability to use the appropriate language for the target audience.
  • An up to date understanding of eCommerce trends and the latest online sales best practice.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite and MS Office.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects. 
  • A keen eye for detail, flair for creative design with commercial awareness. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Social media & digital marketing.
  • Drive and implement the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels; the main focus being FOC & paid social channels and SEM, as well as email marketing and retargeting. 
  • Manage the tracking, analysis and reporting of the of the digital campaigns.
  • Manage and improve the usability and conversion rates of the websites as well as performing regular website updates to optimise for SEO.
  • Email marketing and managing mailing lists.
  • Marketing reports.
  • Supporting the team across all areas of Marketing, i.e general Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator duties, creating marketing reports, liaising with suppliers, assisting on photoshoots etc.
