Marketing Manager

Racesafe is a British brand, supplying equestrians worldwide with market-leading body protection and apparel. With exciting plans for the future, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Directors you will have overall responsibility for strategising and coordinating all B2C and B2B marketing activity and brand management.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes marketing, content and social media, ideally with an equestrian and/or country lifestyle background to hit the ground running, managing and taking responsibility for marketing at Racesafe. 

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role in a small team, where your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and coordinate all marketing activity across the main and sub brands
• Liaise with the product and other teams to strategise and coordinate marketing campaigns
• Delivering comprehensive marketing plans by aligning with Content, Social, eCommerce and Creative elements
• Producing content for web, product, blog posts, email copy, user guides and social videos / posts
• Manage and provide creative direction on photoshoots
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing

THE CANDIDATE

You will be extremely confident, and passionate about marketing and our industry. You will be creative, full of ideas and highly organised and will:

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in social, content and marketing
• Have a visual eye for photography, videography and other design briefs
• Be flexible and reactive to changing situations
• Comfortable writing, editing and proof-reading content
• Experienced with B2C & B2B marketing
• An equestrian or country lifestyle background with knowledge of the equestrian calendar and media
• Experienced in managing and supporting a small team

The position is full time with a very competitive salary, which will be based on experience. 

The role will be preferably office-based at our HQ in Corby, Northamptonshire. A hybrid working arrangement may be available.
