Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

They are now seeking a Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts, increase brand visibility, and drive their ambitious growth strategy.

Job Overview:

As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and sales growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and project management.

You will bring experience in the equestrian industry, a strong command of WordPress, and the ability to analyse and present marketing data effectively. You will also represent the company at key equestrian events such as Blenheim, Badminton, and Burghley, ensuring high visibility and engagement with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), ensuring engaging content and effective ad performance across Facebook and Instagram.

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy with a focus on video and blog content to drive audience engagement and brand growth.

  • Website Management: Oversee the company's WordPress website, ensuring SEO optimisation and timely updates.

  • Marketing Communications: Create newsletters and other marketing materials, handling initial sales inquiries via social media and other channels through HubSpot CRM.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyse marketing metrics, generate insights, and present reports to the management team.

  • Video Content Production: Collaborate with external partners to produce high-quality video content, including drone footage and time-lapse photography.

  • New Project Launch: Lead marketing initiatives for upcoming projects.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the equestrian and agricultural sectors.

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO/SEM.

  • Proficiency with WordPress and HubSpot CRM.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative flair for producing engaging content.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
