About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Social Media Manager to work closely alongside our founder, driving the business forward through strategic marketing, social media management, and content creation. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate equestrian with proven marketing expertise to become a key part of a growing brand.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer and content creator, with a deep understanding of the equestrian industry. They must be intelligent, quick to learn, proactive, and excited about the opportunity to work in a small but ambitious business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage and grow Equitex’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts.

  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, website updates, and digital advertising.

  • Analyse social media metrics to refine strategy and ensure maximum impact.

  • Plan and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations within the equestrian industry.

  • Engage with and support brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with Equitex’s values and marketing strategies.

  • Create content featuring Equitex’s company horses, including handling them for promotional material.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A passionate equestrian – you must be able to ride and understand the industry.

  • Proven success in marketing, social media management, and content creation.

  • Strong knowledge of branding, audience growth, and digital advertising.

  • Highly intelligent, quick to learn, and able to work independently.

  • Proactive and excited about working in a growing small business.

  • Comfortable with travelling to events and staying in provided accommodation during the week if not local
