We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nutrition & Marketing Assistant to provide support in both departments to help maintain the high standard of marketing and nutritional advice that we provide. This is a full-time, office-based position.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing: assist the marketing manager with content creation i.e., writing nutritional articles and advice pieces, assisting with managing our social media channels, identifying areas for business development and other marketing related activities
Nutrition: provide support to the Registered Nutritionist which will include providing nutritional and product specific advice to customers, writing nutritional articles, product development, quality control, and other nutrition related tasks
Answer and take phone calls in a professional and courteous
Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Proficient in typing and computer skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Interest in marketing with previous experience preferred
Experience in or a good understanding of equine nutrition
