This is a permanent role, but some duties will also include covering maternity leave 

Based in Willenhall, West Midlands, we are now recruiting for a mature Administrator with strong organisational skills. This is an all encompassing role and you will be involved and responsible for the following:- 

• Liaising with customers, scheduling deliveries, taking balance payments. 
• Assisting the Despatch Manager to ensure smooth running of department liaising with key staff members, including Factory Manager, Sales Team and Drawing Office. 
• Production Forecasting - 2 to 3 weeks in advance. 
• Offering excellent after sales customer service. 
• Organising Fitters weekly fitting schedules, and booking any accommodation required. Hiring of any equipment/plant hire as required. 
• Organising pallet couriers, customer collections, outside transport where required. 
• Social Media - running successful social media campaigns, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. It will be advantageous if you have experience using Word Press which will allow you to update our website regularly. 

Ideally, you will have 4-5 years experience of working as an Administrator and have a proven track record of liaising with customers on a regular basis. 

You will be a self-motivated, tenacious individual with excellent organisation skills and customer service.

Salary negotiable depending upon experience, but will reflect the challenging role on offer.
