Feedmark are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The right candidate will play a key role in shaping Feedmark’s online presence through strategic paid advertising campaigns.
You will be integral to increasing product sales through effective, data-driven ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram. We are looking for a creative, data driven individual who is highly motivated to grow sales and is passionate about digital marketing.
Daily responsibilities will include collaborating on assets used for advertising and creating visuals that drive sales whilst optimising ad campaigns to maximise ROI. You will also be required to undertake keyword research to identify relevant keywords for targeting in ad campaigns.
In this role you will:
Develop and implement paid advertising strategies and Google ads.
Managing Microsoft (Bing) Ads
Create and launch target ads to reach specific audiences.
Undertake keyword search and manage bid strategies.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise ads for better results.
Align ad campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals.
Coordinate with the marketing manager and marketing team to create eye catching ads.
Implement retargeting strategies to maximise conversions and increase ROI.
A/B test ad creatives to improve campaign performance.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make recommendations based on data.
Ensure ad campaigns comply with Meta and Google advertising guidelines and policies.
Assess and refine audience targeting to improve ad performance.
Continuously optimise campaigns based on performance data.
Knowledge of keyword research and campaign optimisation techniques.
Essential skills and qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant tools
Strong understanding of Google Ads platform and best practices
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in managing Meta advertising
In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platform tools and features
Detail oriented with a focus on optimising ad performance
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing are a bonus
This is a full time, office based role at our Head Office on the Norfolk / Suffolk border.
