Dynamic Performance Hub was born from Dee So'oialo's ambition to create an environment for optimal performance for the horse and rider; the first of its kind and a central base where the ideas and expertise of some of the best professionals in the industry, can collaborate and implement all elements needed for the equestrian athlete.
With the hub growing, we are on the search for a dynamic Performance & Marketing Hub Manager. In order to join our team, a sound understanding of elite equestrian sport in the olympic disciplines is needed and flexibility, reliability and most crucially, a happy soul and dog lover are key!
This role is a marketing and social media role as much as it is administration and organisation.
Responsibilities of the role include:
Interest & abilities within branding, marketing, social media & email campaigns
Responsibility for co-ordinating & managing multiple practitioners’ diaries
Creating dynamic email campaigns & behind the scenes social media
Organising & responsibility for Hub Member bookings & events
Maintaining exceptionally high standards of stables and The Hub inside & out
Initiative to work independently & as part of a bigger team
Happy to work in a fast paced performance environment & hit deadlines
Handling horses, mucking out & keeping yard exceptionally clean & tidy
Immediate start, Full Time or 30 Hrs p/w at The Hub
Must live within 30 mins of GL18 (Newent)
Salary Dependent on Experience

Please note it is imperative that all applicants are confident on the phone & in person as it is a client facing role.
If you love working in a very fun but fast paced environment and adore equestrian sport at elite level, super at time management and an eye for detail, this role is for you! We are growing constantly and need someone that can manage The Hub, our diaries & our elite athletes, both two and four legged to a very high standard. So we are seeking someone else with a great attitude and to join our awesome team. As you will be the first point of contact for most clients, it is imperative to be naturally outgoing, forward and dynamic in your thinking. We do love the gram, creating cool content and newsletters, so we will need someone who has experience with that area please. We can assure you you will never be bored, always be around cool and inspiring people and some rather gorgeous horses... plus beautiful fields to look out onto from your desk.
PLEASE NOTE that although this is very much a P/A/managerial role (NOT A GROOM’S ROLE) the person will need to be confident handling competition horses at times and regularly keep our small number of FEI boxes in tip top condition We always practise what we preach so you will be able to swap sessions with our incredible practitioners every month, be involved in lots we have going on and be able to learn all the time, alongside being in & a huge part of a good energy environment.
