Production Coordinator

Salary: £18,500pa Depending on Experience 

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Printing Services team for a Production Coordinator. This role will involve the coordination of print, design and finishing services offered by the department, ensuring that they produce the best printed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers and colleagues regarding their print requirements.
• Advise on best practice, ensuring that briefs are relayed to other members of the team.
• Manage, organise and prioritise all estimates.
• Assist with monthly charging requirements by undertaking the input of internal costs and external purchase invoices.
• Work closely with Racecourse Business Development Executives to identify opportunities to source new product ideas and services. 

Ideally you will have some Printing/Design experience, and will be enthusiastic about providing exceptional standards of customer service. You will be conscientious and diligent in your approach. Excellent verbal communication skills, as well as a flexible attitude to work are essential.
