Weatherbys Racing Bank is looking to recruit an individual with a passion for racing and an enthusiasm to nurture and develop relationships within the industry. If you have a desire to work in a highly customer focused environment, delivering consistent, high quality levels of customer service, then this role may be for you.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Invoice Payment Service administration, making regular payments on behalf of our clients.
  • Assisting with administrational duties such as overseas racing accounts, jockey accounts and gallops, ensuring these are completed within agreed timescales.
  • To assist other areas of the Racing Bank where directed by your line manager.
  • Suggest and participate in the development of new products and services.
  • Upselling of other Bank services to existing/new clients.

Ensure departmental phone calls are answered within three rings and all correspondence is responded to within 48 hours. 

The ability to communicate effectively and work accurately under pressure is vital to meet our needs.  You will possess strong numeracy skills and be flexible in your approach to ensure deadlines are met.   An interest in the racing industry and excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
