Attracting students & professionals from across the world, our award winning riding school is British Horse Society approved. Wellington Riding has a unique and beautiful location, set within 300 acres of the Duke of Wellington’s Hampshire estate.

We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Bookings Administrator to join our busy team.

The successful candidate will be a friendly, confident and efficient multi-tasker who is looking to work as part of our Clubhouse Team in a thriving equestrian centre on the Hampshire / Berkshire border.

Our Bookings Administrator will take on a main customer facing role in our reception area.

Please note this is a full time role Tuesday to Sunday.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Exceptional customer service at all times
  • A professional ‘can do’ attitude in every situation
  • General office and administration duties
  • Proven track record of using IT and Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working in a timely and methodical manner with great attention to detail
  • Collaborating with all other departments effectively
  • Forward thinking a proactive in your approach

Working hours – 08.45 – 17.45 with a regular working pattern of Tuesday to Saturday & this may include up to two early mornings/evenings per week when events are being held, for which time will be give back in lieu.  Your regular evening responsibilities are Wellington Saddle Club & Wellington Pony Club which usually take place on Friday evenings a couple of times per month. 

This is a fun and diverse role, with plenty of activity to be involved with clients and the team around you.
