Receptionist/Office Administrator

Salary: £20,000 - £26,000pa Dependent on Experience 

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our London office as the Receptionist/Office Administrator. You would be providing secretarial and administrative support to the Office Manager and team as required. You will need to have a great work ethic with a positive can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective running of the office’s reception and meeting room areas.
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner.
  • Ensure that all calls are answered quickly and efficiently.
  • General administrative tasks for Directors and visitors as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for Committees and meetings.
  • Provide cover for the Office Administrator as required.
  • IT Coordination and support for the office. 

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional disposition, be computer literate and possess strong planning and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, the ability to articulate concisely and build a rapport with clients seamlessly is essential. You will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
