We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager (West Midlands) to join our dynamic team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising sales and delivering nutrition support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to take responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned region where you primarily win, support, and develop business with commercial and private yards across the full range of disciplines. You will also manage a mixed portfolio of trade accounts, including wholesale distributors, retail stockists and veterinary clinics.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
This role requires you to strive to meet and exceed sales objectives and manage the quality and consistency of service to all trade customers and end users. This will be achieved by lead generation, activation, conversion, and management, visiting, and supporting the varied customer base, and delivering an effective sales message.
The role will involve significant travel across The West Midlands and Wales and may take you to bordering counties, as your region may expand as the business grows. This may involve some staying away from home.

Practical experience of working with horses, ideally within the competition sector
Ideally one year’s previous field sales experience or experience in a customer facing role
A good understanding of premium concept selling & thorough understanding of the equine industry
Comfortable with technology and its power & Excellent time management and record keeping skills
