What we are looking for:

We are looking for a full time staff member to join our busy and hardworking in-store team to:

• serve and assist customers, giving practical advice where necessary
• receive deliveries and book products in
• create, clean and maintain shop displays and merchandising
• tidy, organise and count stock
• handle queries on the shop floor and over the phone
• develop a thorough understanding of our products and services

You need to be:

• passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• available to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays
• able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and keep a smile on your face
• knowledgeable about horses and riding
• an adaptable and enthusiastic team player
• honest and reliable and able to multitask
• computer literate
• able to lift bags of horse feed (up to 20kg)

Salary is dependent upon experience. We offer a generous staff discount scheme, which is subject to successful completion of any probationary period.
