Family owned equine feed, bedding and tack supplier located in Guildford, Surrey - delivering to Surrey & Sussex.
Here at Frosburys Equine Supplies, we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic member to join our team, to serve and assist our large customer base both in-store and over the phone.
We are a family run business that has been trading and supplying your local horse feed and bedding, both wholesale and retail, for over 30 years.
The successful candidate will be a pro-active, enthusiastic, friendly and energetic individual who enjoys helping others to work within a friendly family run business, to work alongside a great bunch of staff.
We can offer all feed and product training as well as hat and body protector fitting training regularly from our great company reps throughout the year.
We thrive on ensuring all customers receive the service they have come to expect. Equine Knowledge is a MUST!
Key Responsibilities:
Serving Customers in store & Over the phone.
Keeping shelves stocked.
Helping customers with any queries.
Ensuring the shop is kept tidy inside and out.
Confidently able to answer phones.
Processing of delivery orders.
Key Requirements:
Equine Knowledge.
Sales Experience.
Good Customer Service.
Punctuality.
Able to work as part of a team however can also take sole charge when needed.
Salary: Competitive
Job Type: Part Time – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (8.00am – 5.30pm), Every Other Sunday (9.00am – 1.00pm).
