Saddles Direct established 2006 is the UK's largest distributor of used saddles in the UK. We are one of the only to offer a free trial service on all new and used saddles online and in store from our base at Crow Wood Equestrian in Burnley.  The company has grown and diversified significantly over the past few years now offering Nationwide Saddle fitting services, our own brand or high quality saddles.  

Due to continued growth we are looking for additional fitters to join us - motivated, positive and experienced Saddle Fitters to join our team.  Our philosophy is to help deliver to our customers the very best saddle fitting service and a wonderful customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • To ensure all our customers in all situations have an exceptional experience with the saddles direct brand
  • Help customers choose the right saddles from our website
  • Follow up the leads we provide promptly and professionally
  • Deliver the complete sales cycle, from the potential customer's initial enquiry to the close of sale and further on-selling with saddle fitting accessories etc
  • Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, to identify sales opportunities.
  • Create and implement improved sales plans 
  • Offer In Store advice to customers and staff

ABOUT YOU 

Great people skills, friendly and approachable.

FINALLY 

Equestrian knowledge and Saddle Fitting experience is essential.

Retail experience especially in regards to consumer rights is preferred although not essential.    

We will work hard with you to market your area and promote your saddle fitting service,  we will also help provide a good stock of saddles so you can maximise sales.
