An exciting opportunity has arisen here in the UK with Weatherbeeta, the global leader in equestrian products for the horse and rider. Weatherbeeta is a family-owned global business founded in Australia and has been in the UK for over 25 years and in the US for over 20 years. Our enviable portfolio of brands includes market leaders WeatherBeeta, Dublin and Collegiate and we sell a huge variety of products for horses, dogs, and their human companions across many different categories of goods.

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join the UK team, based in Central or Southwest England. This opportunity has arisen due to the growth in our business in the last 2 years and we need help to deliver great service to our wonderful portfolio of customers.

We see this role as a great opportunity to add an enthusiastic B2B Sales professional with potential to grow with Weatherbeeta. If you are successful in this role, you will play a vital part in delivering our Sales plans for the UK. Our Sales team members are customer focused, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast paced continually changing environment and have an outstanding team ethos.

There would be support and coaching available for the right candidate, enabling you to develop in the role and become a key member of our Company.

Working as part of the UK Sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring a professional, confident approach is used to exceed sales targets
  • Ensuring each account’s potential is evaluated, areas for growth are identified and detailed visit plans developed and executed whilst remaining within budgeted expenditure for travel and entertaining
  • Having a close relationship with your customers ensuring that their business needs are understood and met
  • Helping the customer maximise the profit on their business with Weatherbeeta by focusing on profitable sales out programs to compliment excellent sales in achievements
  • Supporting the UK Sales Manager in additional activity & projects as needed

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • A good knowledge of equestrian products and a passion for the equestrian lifestyle
  • Experience of B2B sales and hitting targets
  • Potential to be an excellent communicator
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver negotiated solution
  • Ability to exceed targets and work well under pressure
  • Solid planning and organisation skills

This role would suit a candidate with 2 years of B2B sales experience but who is eager to develop their career in an industry they are passionate about. If you are willing to learn how to develop your selling skills over time to be the best in the industry then we would like to hear from you.
