Premier Equine International is an equestrian brand specialising in equine products and is expanding its brand and manufacturing.

A leader in Rug Technology and Leg Protection with wholesale and retail operations in the UK, Europe, and Global markets.

The growth and success have created an opportunity for a full-time Sales and Customer Advisor to join our team based at HQ in Goxhill, North Lincolnshire.

  • The successful candidate must possess sound equestrian knowledge so that our management team can administer a full training program.

Responsibilities:

The Role will involve talking to and assisting customers from both sides of our B2C & B2B business to help process sales orders and provide customer service to the highest level.

After full training, the successful candidate will assist B2C and B2B customers with a wide and varied range of inquiries. You will need to demonstrate a strong professional, confident, knowledgeable telephone manner with excellent follow-up service to all customer's queries and needs.

You will need to sit naturally in a fast-paced environment and look to go the extra mile in all directions to meet our customers' expectations.

Qualifications:

Previous Sales and customer service is an advantage and preferred.

A good knowledgeable equestrian background is essential to implement full training.

Computer literate and have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, and Excel and interested in learning new IT systems as we develop furthermore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £12.00 per hour

Schedule: Working hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Work remotely: No

Requirements: 2 years’ experience in Sales & Administrative roles.
