Sales & Performance Marketing Executive 

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum – Depending on Experience 

A vacancy has arisen within Weatherbys Racing Bank for a Sales & Performance Marketing Executive.  This is an opportunity to represent an exclusive brand and join an experienced leadership team within the Horseracing Industry.  The role will be responsible for achieving gross profit, product targets, sales campaigns and management reports.  In addition the role will look to develop market opportunities within Racing Bank, whilst creating direct opportunities for clients to develop their financial arrangements within Weatherbys Racing Bank and beyond.  

Key responsibilities: 

  • Create, implement and optimise all acquisition strategies to deliver the agreed Racing Bank business targets
  • Manage and maintain acquisition budget
  • Define and implement acquisition channel capability (working with Digital & Channel Teams)
  • Own the onsite/App sales funnel to constantly improve marketing performance
  • Define, own, implement and evaluate above the line, direct response, campaigns
  • Manage, review and optimise media agency performance 

The successful candidate will have a solid background in Financial Services, and be sales and customer focused.  You will have proven hands on experience of PPC, SEO, Affiliate and be able to display previous Agency management capability. Knowledge of site design, UX, analytics, online retail with proven experience of leading a similar digital acquisition focused role are desirable.  You will possess excellent Excel skills and ideally be degree educated or equivalent.  This role is based at our Wellingborough Office.
