Contract: Self Employed, Flexible, Part time position.

Working Hours: Flexible but is required to be worked during normal business hours – 9-5 Monday – Friday and weekends.

An industry leading brand in equestrian safety and creator of the worlds firsts quick release, reusable safety rein, FR Vincitore is looking to appoint a new Sales Manager. This role will be placed remotely, working with our founder Laurie and reporting weekly.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of equestrian products and B2B sales experience.  As part of the role you will be working to support the brand and spread awareness of the product and you will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

Duties will include delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts and deals with potential customers. In order to be successful in this role, you will need a detailed understanding of the full end-to-end sales process as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

The role will include:

  • Maintaining existing customer relationships through regular contact and targeted visits.

  • Promoting and maintaining visual display standards with our customers

  • Delivering training to our customers

  • Generating leads for new business

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective customers

  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders

  • Maintaining customer records

  • Answering customer questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability

Requirements for role:

  • Ideally 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales and merchandising.

  • Understanding of the sales process

  • A commitment to excellent customer service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook

  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress

  • Have the aptitude to learn and develop

  • Be approachable and adaptable to enable you to work collaboratively

Desired skills and experience

  • Attention to detail and strong creative and analytical thinking

  • Have a logical approach

  • Strong ability to manage several tasks at once,

  • Motivation to work well under pressure 

Benefits: This role will be a self employed position.  Authorised Expenses included.  Flexible working time, but will need to be during normal business hours for obvious reasons.  Working from Home.
