A fantastic opportunity exists to join our team and play a pivotal role in the future development of the company.

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to achieve the targets and growth plans for domestic & international operations. This position will work directly with the sales teams in the field to provide the training, development, and motivation to help the reps achieve their personal and Tredstep’s business targets. This position will participate in the market analysis of the opportunities in all market and provide input to the strategic planning for the future direction of the operation.

• Strong coaching and development skills including the ability to provide performance feedback
• Ability to demonstrate and model the desire to achieve the sale and continued persistence
• Efficient computer skills for internal databases, as well as, internal or commercial software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including; One-on-one, team, and electronic communications
• Participative management style

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Minimum five years sales experience

Three years of sales management and team development,

Leaving Cert required and a Degree in Business, Management or related field preferred
