Sales Operations Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen with Weatherbeeta, the market leader in equestrian wholesale products and clothing, operating from Australia, USA, New Zealand and here in the UK.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to join our existing team, providing the Customer Marketing department with administrative support for all areas of sales programs and commercial support

If you have an Equestrian background with excellent Excel skills, whilst being very numerically minded and with a strong eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you.

The key requirements for this role will be to ensure that progress updates are created for all agreed sales programs; create the relevant sales tools for the sales team to implement our sales programs; ensure our sample stock holding is accurate, with our stock check process being followed and working closely with the rest of the Customer Marketing team, assist in the setting up of the UK Showroom to meet the requirements of our launch events

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this exciting role, you will need to have an equestrian background as well as; 

• Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills
• Ability to work to high standards of accuracy
• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Time management skills
• Ability to be proactive with a sense of urgency
• Team player
• Work well under pressure
• Knowledge of equestrian category and environment
• Enthusiastic, passionate and motivated individual
