An exciting opportunity has arisen here in the UK with Weatherbeeta, the global leader in equestrian products for the horse and rider. Weatherbeeta is a family-owned global business founded in Australia and has been in the UK for over 25 years and in the US for over 20 years. Our enviable portfolio of brands includes market leaders WeatherBeeta, Dublin and Collegiate and we sell a huge variety of products for horses, dogs, and their human companions across many different categories of goods.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join the UK team.

We see this role as a great opportunity to add an enthusiastic analytically minded sales professional who is well versed on thinking laterally with potential to grow with Weatherbeeta. If you are successful in this role, you will play a vital part in developing and analysing our Sales plans for the UK and EU. Our Sales team members are customer focused, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast paced continually changing environment and have an outstanding team ethos.

There would be support and coaching available for the right candidate, enabling you to develop in the role and become a key member of our Company.

Working as part of the UK Sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Analysing and interpreting sales data to identify growth opportunities and thus create sales programs to enable us to achieve our targets
  • Support the sales team and sales manager with all necessary data and admin to enable us to successfully manage our customers
  • Creating all necessary documents to support the sales process, including order forms, presentations and reports to analyse results
  • Provide account management support, including acting as secondary account manager, for key accounts to ensure they always have a point of contact during office hours when their colleagues are on the road
  • Support other departments, including customer service, marketing, product, IT, finance and management to ensure account performance objectives and customer expectations are exceeded

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • A good knowledge of equestrian products and a passion for the equestrian lifestyle
  • Fail proof attention to detail
  • High levels of proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to manipulate and analyse data as well as interpret the results for presentation to colleagues and customers
  • Excellent communication skills & be able to work across all levels of the organisation
  • The skills to successfully manage and prioritise workload as well as work well under pressure
