Sales Representative – South East and East Midlands

Equine Products UK Ltd a company manufacturing and supplying top quality horse supplements worldwide have an opening for a sales representative covering the South East and East Midlands region of the United Kingdom. 

The successful candidate will have a proven track record / experience in an Equine discipline and a relevant qualification to match.  Sales experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

The role will involve travelling to customers and generating new business opportunities, nights away to cover the area maybe required, as will some weekend work.  A flexible attitude towards working hours is required.

The successful applicant will:

• Be self-motivated and have a can do / forward thinking attitude
• Professional and confident
• Able to work alone and to targets
• Happy to travel and cover the required territory
• Good customer service and interaction, great at networking within the equine community
• Ideally a natural flare for negotiating
• Clean UK Driver’s License

The role involves:

• Calling on current customers in the South East and East Midlands of the UK
• Developing new accounts and cold calling on all Equine Disciplines
• Reporting directly to Head Office in Newcastle and attending monthly meetings
• Maintaining and establishing relationships with customers
• Developing Brand awareness of Equine Products UK Ltd
• Achieving targets

The successful candidate will ideally live in the Buckinghamshire / Bedfordshire area in order to manage the territory most effectively.
