Calinnova Ltd designs, manufactures and sells products within the UK and overseas under the brands of EquiFeast, The Birdcare Company, DrS and CROCdoc. 

We are a popular family run business based in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. We take great pride in the products we produce and the customer satisfaction and results. 

We are currently seeking a keen and enthusiastic team member to join us. 

This is your chance to join our customer sales advice and support team to help drive the business forwards. You will need good customer skills and prior experience of customer advising, telephone sales and Facebook messaging in particular.

Whilst involved with all animal sectors and all brands, your equestrian background will be of great value with the EquiFeast range which focusses on UK, Australian and USA/Canada sales. 

In this diverse role you will:

• Provide quality customer advice by telephone, email, Facebook and sometimes face-to-face; customer advising is a key part of our sales approach
• Maximise sales opportunities including up-selling and cross-selling, primarily within the UK
• Provide quality customer care and problem resolution services
• Support our sponsored rider, e-newsletter and blog posts programmes
• Provide administrative support regarding all such functions, including taking orders, raising invoices and preparing orders ready for despatch.
• Assist with occasional external and/or out of hours events on the equestrian side in particular, for example at rider training days and customer seminars at our premises. 

We are looking for the following skills, experience and educational qualifications:

• A sales and customer oriented person, with good people skills who is organised yet flexible with the drive to make a difference
• Several years prior telephone sales experience; this is not a field sales role
• An interest in nutrition, biology and animals in general
• Good organisation and planning skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills; Microsoft and Sage experience
• A working understanding of equestrianism; in particular dressage, show jumping, eventing.

Naturally in-house training will be provided on our product range, building on your existing knowledge base. You will also be appropriately trained in our customer ethos and in providing advice to customers.

This is an office based role so candidates need to live locally to the Nailsworth area.
