We have an exciting opportunity within our Northern Hemisphere team with Weatherbeeta, the global leader in equestrian products for the horse and rider.
Weatherbeeta is a family-owned global business founded in Australia and has been in the UK for over 25 years and in the US for over 20 years. Our enviable portfolio of brands includes market leaders WeatherBeeta, Dublin and Collegiate and we sell a huge variety of products for horses, dogs, and their human companions across many different categories of goods.
We are looking for a Northern Hemisphere Sales Support Executive to join the team based remotely in the UK.
We see this role as a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised professional who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail while being able to deliver results. If you are successful in this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our Northern Hemisphere Sales and Customer Services teams to achieve their targets and deliver an excellent experience to all our customers.
There would be support and coaching available for the right candidate, enabling you to develop in the role and become a key member of our Company.
Supporting the NH Customer Services and Sales teams, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining a Price List for UK & USA.
Reviewing and preparing pricing contracts, promotions and clearance for UK, EU & USA.
Accurate maintenance of the stockist list for UK, EU & USA.
Creating & distributing order forms including promotions, seasonal & new launches for NH.
Collate pricing contracts in terms of promotions and clearance for UK, EU & USA.
Using the NAV system to complete local field maintenance for UK & USA.
Accurate and timely processing of customer orders, break down, allocation, delivery booking and portal management.
Seasonal order fulfilment and delivery planning for the UK, EU & USA.
The successful candidate for this role will have:
Excellent Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point)
Accuracy and attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Understanding of the sales process.
Results orientated and able to meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills - excellent verbal and written skills.
Skilled at building relationships, working collaboratively with others to overcome objections and achieve results.
Interest in horses, networks in the equestrian community.
This role would suit a candidate with 2 years of experience in a similar role, who is eager to develop their career in an industry they are passionate about. If you have great attention to detail and enjoy analysing and interpreting data, we would like to hear from you.
