Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa 

The Weatherbys Ltd Finance Department is recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join their busy team in Wellingborough.

As a senior member of the finance team you would work both as a Management Accountant and Business Partner primarily to our commercial operations, in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for an experienced part or fully qualified Accountant that can engage with the business areas whilst also producing monthly management accounts. This role will support and challenge the operational teams in producing financial forecasts, tender submissions and pricing/process reviews.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts
• Support projects and analytical reviews across the business
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Provide support and guidance to the wider finance team
• Completion and submission of Group VAT return 

The successful candidate will be a team focused individual with excellent communication and administration skills. The ability to work accurately to tight deadlines is essential as is the ability to use Office packages such as MS Excel, Word and Outlook to an advanced level.
