World Horse Welfare is an international charity that improves the lives of horses in the UK and around the world through education, campaigning, and hands-on care.

The aim of this role is to strengthen our fundraising capabilities though the efficient and effective management of data and stewarding of donors & members as well as supporter acquisition programmes.  You will help streamline our data processes to ensure efficient and effective data collation, storage, processing, and reporting, with attention to security and confidentiality.  This role also has line management responsibilities for fundraising services team which consists of a Supporter Services Supervisor and two Customer Services Administrators in order to deliver an excellent customer service experience. 

The role is permanent full time and is suitable for hybrid working between home and the charity’s head office Snetterton, Norfolk. 

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a data management role and ideally will have worked in a fundraising or marketing environment. 
  • You will be a strong leader with the ability to support and enhance fundraising activities.
  • We are looking for an individual who has experience of applying data and insight to inform decision making.
