Agria Pet Insurance has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. The role will be hybrid based, working 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

About the role:
As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will initially be responsible for helping to develop and deliver the digital marketing plan for the upcoming new product launch of Equine Insurance in 2022.
Main objectives for this role will include launching the equine insurance marketing plan on time and on budget helping to achieve key brand awareness and new customer acquisition targets. You will also be required to help support and develop strong digital marketing results across all insurance products Agria provides.
Responsibilities as our Senior Digital Marketing Executive will include:
Creating, developing and maintaining an ongoing SEO strategy for Agria Pet Insurance, including Equine and all other species Agria insures
Be responsible for all onsite developments about equine insurance, including updates to site content, UX, user journey enhancements and CRO
Help acquire and develop new affinity partnerships and social influencers for Agria’s Equine insurance
Managing and developing existing affinity partnerships and e-affiliates to support SEM brand authority and to help acquire new customers for equine insurance and other pet species (dog, cat and rabbit)
Acting as the equine marketing specialist and marketing “voice” for the business including supporting the direct and channel marketing teams, plus the rest of the organisation
Where necessary attend and support equine events and exhibitions
Supporting with all equine content production and social media management, including video production, podcasts, webinars, and other content formats
Carrying out ongoing reporting and analysis tasks
5 years plus experience within digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, PPC, Social advertising and affiliate/influencer marketing
Excellent and demonstrable knowledge of horses and the equine sector (current or previous horse ownership experience is essential)
Excellent organisational and communication skills ( written and verbal)
Be able to effectively communicate at all levels within the business and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues
Able to prioritise workloads, use your own initiative, work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Able to work to agreed performance targets
Versatile, with the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a rapidly developing business
Ability to be flexible in regards to working hours when needed to meet business needs
