The Role
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, results-focussed, Senior Direct Marketing Executive to join our vibrant Direct Marketing Team responsible for supporter acquisition and the welcome and early retention of our supporters at The Brooke.
We are an organisation currently delivering £7m net and we are seeking an enthusiastic, solution-focused marketer who can help us to grow our supporter base and income and we move into a new strategy of growth enabling us to help more working horses, donkeys and mules in the most need in the developing world.
Criteria
The right candidate will have a "can-do" approach and will be responsible for the delivery on and offline direct marketing campaigns with proven achievement in reaching income targets. Being part of the Direct Marketing team which is part of the wider Fundraising and Communications directorate, you will be responsible for bringing new donors to the organisation and offering a stewardship programme to ensure that donors continue to support our valuable work.
