World Horse Welfare are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, self-motivated individual to drive the growth of our donor acquisition across a broad range of individual giving streams. Leading a small team of fundraisers, you will ensure the delivery of an excellent donor stewardship and retention programme and meet ambitious fundraising targets.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a demanding fundraising and/or marketing environment. You will be highly organised and self-motivated with excellent oral and written communication skills. You will possess demonstrable experience of setting, tracking and monitoring income and expenditure budgets, as well as an evident track record of running successful marketing campaigns, with a thorough understanding of data segmentation and analysis.
This role is suitable for hybrid working from home and our head office in Norfolk and/or our office in central London.
Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum.
A flexible approach to work is essential as you may be required to occasionally work outside of normal office hours and be prepared to travel within the UK staying away from home.
