Science Supplements are the UK's award winning research based nutrition company and are recruiting for a Senior Nutritionist to lead their nutrition team. 

Science Supplements are an international brand and have won multiple awards for customer service, product innovation and have research published in peer reviewed journals. 

We are looking for a Senior Nutritionist who shares the same values as we do and has a passion to improve animal nutrition and educate horse owners, trainers and professionals. 

The role will include;

• Dealing with nutritional enquiries from owners, retailers and wholesalers
• Managing the daily order process, office administration 
• Maintaining appropriate records in accordance with current legislation
• There will be a requirement to attend trade shows and events and also the opportunity to visit our many overseas partners.
• In addition, you will form part of the team that undertakes research into new products, formulation and the overall development of the business. 

The successful candidate will ideally hold a Masters degree or equivalent in Equine Science or similar. Candidates with a First Class or 2:1 Bachelors degree will also be considered.

• Candidates must be excellent communicators and have the ability to work unsupervised and meet demanding deadlines, including undertaking research projects.
• They must have the ability to write articles for internal and external publications and present  nutritional lectures as required. 
• Experience within a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
