We are looking for a Service & Repair Administrator to join our team.

This is an office-based post and the candidate would need to live ideally in a commutable distance to our offices - In Oswestry.

Within the role you will work closely with our team, external suppliers and there will be opportunities to progress within the company through learning and developing specific knowledge and skills.

Requirements of the Service & Repairs Administrator:

  • Excellent phone, email, written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work closely with colleagues as part of a team to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Must be able to follow guidelines closely but also use own initiative if required to work independently
  • Proven ability in planning & prioritising
  • Good numeracy & literacy skills
  • Attention to detail is paramount and time management of daily tasks
  • Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook email and calendar systems. CRM training will be given.
  • Have enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
