Job Responsibility

Create part of a new show team to lead equine shows, consumer dog shows and game fairs to increase brand awareness and gain new customer data. Role includes management of stand activity and team at shows.

Essential Attributes

  • To drive and build Lintbells brand in equine and pet
  • To be a confident, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills
  • To have a wide knowledge of all things equine and pet
  • To be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate a team around them
  • To be a passionate about animals, with an interest in nutrition and health
  • To be an extremely responsible and organised person

Job Duties

  • To work up to 15 consumer dog/equine/county and game shows, including travel, set up and breakdown across the UK, this will include weekends.
  • To be knowledgeable in all products to be able to sell them at a high standard
  • To be able to drive to all the shows and set up accordingly
  • To be able to liaise with the office team if more stock is needed
  • To be responsible for collating, collecting and returning show kits when attending the shows including keeping it in a clean state.
  • Manual handle show equipment including small tents when setting up
  • To be responsible for processing till reports after each show
  • To complete show reports following each show
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards and met and maintained

 Requirements

To have proven experience in the show environment.  Would be up for the challenges that the show season would present and have the enthusiasm and professionalism at all times.  Would be willing to be flexible with working hours and away for periods of time including weekends.  Being able to be flexible if needed to support extra shows during the show season. To be comfortable driving larger vehicles such as the show transit van.

 Skills-

To hold a full driving licence, would be preferable to hold a full trailer licence.
